Cause:
On Despatch confirmation, system shows error message as “VTACCTSTK -Invalid Account Code!, Inventory Account Code is Empty in Stock Table” if the account code is not mapped with the item series in item account determination master.

This would require support from Proteus support team or thier partners
In Sales flow, the Sales order type is a user defined type, to identify the main business channel of the order. According to the item series – order type combination , the item account determination is set. For example if you deal in bulk drug, formulation medicine and also chemical, you can separate them by order type.
Users will have to confirm the despatch after mapping the Sales type which is used in despatch with the account code in item account determination to avoid ‘Invalid Account Code!’ error.
