Suggestion:
1) In Despatch, item details, click on Sales order number and then click on link in right side panel. User can get the item details along with MRP rate.
2) In Unconfirmed Picklist also shows the MRP rate by using user can also see the MRP rate.
For Unconfirmed Picklist goto SCM->Sales->Sales Documents->Unconfirmed Picklist
