Suggestions:
The System has the facility to attach pdf,word, excel and picture file to be attached for any transactions such as Sales order. It’s available in the side panel list. System allows to attach the file format which is configured and shown in the file type and list options container in each selection feed. Format Examples are MS Word, Excel and PDF. Attachments are a list of document titles which you need to attach ( e.g. Agreements, Communication etc.)
Hence, Attachment depends on the user’s code. If an old user code has attached the file, it will not be visible for other new users codes.
