Cause:
System shows the message ‘VMVAL_UPTO’, ‘Invalid Valid Upto’and ‘Valid Upto date can not be less than Applicable date’ while creating price list, If the Valid Upto is less then price list applicable date. Sometimes the users select the effective from date and valid upto date same. Users expect that the system should accept the price list for the same date.
Suggestions:
Users can enter one day price list validity by entering a date effective from which the price is applicable. If this is specified it is treated as a period condition to the price. And then enter the next date in Valid Upto Date to which the price list is valid. For example valid from 050820 to valid upto will be 060820.
