Suggestion:
1) System has the option to check the stock related report channel partner intransit report.
2)Stock and Sales with channel partner report is also available in the system
For go to SCM->SCM reports and analysis->Inventory Analysis-> Channel Partner/ channel partner intransit report/Stock and Sales with channel partner
