Content Library is part of document management feature of Proteus Vision ERP. Each user has a content Library in which he can import any kind of unstructured or semistructured documents such as pdf, image, word, excel, power point, text etc and store in draft mode. The documents in draft mode can later be linked with Proteus Vision ERP transactions or masters.
Content can be added one at a time or multiple documents can be added by dragging and dropping in add area to import them.
Depending on the type of document, Vision ERP lets the user define meta data applicable for that type. Proteus Vision also allows to configure a sequence of event to be performed when imported. For example if a document type of Sales Order is received Vision ERP can be configured to trigger conversion of order from image to text, use AI to process the text and convert the order data and import the data to order transaction.
Contents stored in Content Library is only visible to the user who has imported the data.
