Suggestion:
1) User can use Stock Amendment Process, to change particular fields in stock table using this option.
2) For the columns given below, you can change the value for the selected item. After entering above data system will display old value and new value to be entered as required.
3) Mfg Date, Exp Date, Mfg Site Code, Potency Percent, Retest Date, Dimension, Supp Code, Mfg Conv. Qty.
4) Confirmed field, System set as ‘No’ on confirmation system will set as ‘Yes’.
5) Conf Date, On confirmation system will set date as today’s data which date user has confirmed the transaction.
6) System will not allow amendment, if QC order is opened for a same item code and lot no.
For Stock Amendment goto SCM->Inventory->Inventory Adjustment->Stock Amendment
