Why does the ‘Invalid Transaction Id’ error occur while creating Purchase Order for a new site?

System shows the message ‘Invalid Transaction Id!’ when transaction id is not getting generated correctly or as required. Transactions id do get generated as defined in transetup. System shows the error due to the document prefix being 3 digit you can change it to 2 digits like 1A in the transaction series to avoid it affecting the currently run transaction setup for the other transactions. Also need to set the val flag and save flag as 2 in the transaction setup.
