Cause:
1) System will not allow to confirm direct payment transaction if bank code is not defined in bank service station master. In case of paymode electronic transfer and sundry type is employee there is a validation in system to check where bank service station master is defined for the bank.
2) This defination is optional based on a flag in bank master.
Remedies:
1) This defination of bank code in bank service station master is optional based on service station required flag in bank master. If the service station required flag is ‘No’ then system will allow to confirm the transaction without the service station defination.
For Bank Master goto Finance-> Finance settings-> Masters-> Bank Related->Bank Master
2) If in Bank Master service station required flag is ‘Yes’. Then map the bank with station code in Bank Service Master.
For Bank Service Master goto Finance-> Finance settings-> Masters-> Bank Related->Bank Service Master.
