Cause:
System shows the msg ‘Invalid File’ when a different format file is attached, format which is not configured.
Remedies:
System allows to attach the file format which is configured and shown in the file type and list options container in each selection feed. Format Examples are MS Word, Excel and PDF.
If any other file is required users should contact the proteus team for the configurations.
