Why does the system show an error ‘Invalid Account Code!’ on confirmation of consumption issues?

Cause:
System will not allow the user to confirm the consumption issue record if the account code is not entered/ populated from the consumption order in the item detail screen. System will show the msg ‘VTACCTCI’,’Invalid Account Code!’, ‘ Account code not found in Consumption Issue Detail.’ Sometimes users select a consumption order which is created without item series. If the same consumption order is used in issues then the account code sets blank due to the item account determination combination. i.e. tran_type and item_ser mapping is not available .

Remedies:
In the consumption issue details screen, account code gets populated from the consumption order. If the account code is blank then the users have to enter the required account code. Once the account code is entered the system will allow you to finish and confirm the consumption issue.
