Suggestions:
A payment cancellation is done for two reasons, one is correction entry and other is payment cancellation. After finishing the transaction and confirming it, System will not allow to cancel/reverse the payment cancellation transaction which is already confirmed. However users can select the Purchase payable voucher number in payment against the voucher to proceed for correct entry.
