System will show the following error on the work order firm plan ‘Cannot insert null’, ‘ Not null column is left null’ or ‘Work Order Route Not Found!’, ‘ Work order for the operation entered is not existing in the work order route table.’ Or Some times Work order Route and In Site Item Route is different, Hence System gives the error message.
Remedies:
The route code decides the route that is to be used to manufacture the finished goods The work order route is created using this code and is defined in the route and process master.
Firstly, Users should ensure that all mandatory tasks are entered in work order. Users should ensure the work order route selected and In Site Item Route, route is defined for that item should not be having different values. And Users should ensure the Work order Route should be valid and not blank. Then users should then try to save the work order firm plan.
