Explanation
We can use it when only selected transactions need to be filtered out, with less efforts
Suggestion
1) When clicked on search scope, it will show the default search criteria.
2) Search Scope will allow to filter it day,week,month,year, accounting year,last 2 months wise transactions
3) Custom Conditions, it will allow to further filter with some specific columns availabe in the screen. it can selected from the dropdown provided in it.
Click on the + button,
a) enter the filter name ( for eg :- sitecode= ? )
b) select field name from dropdown provided (site_code)
c) operater ( = )
d) from dropdown select prompt
other field are optional
then click on done to save the filter.
it will be visible in search screen
