Suggestion:
In the System a QC order can be manually generated if some item is to be tested on an adhoc basis. Usually, manual QC Orders is when the material is to be tested before the re-test period. Users can use the QC order to transfer stock from APRV location to HOLD location.
When a QC order is approved, the Quantity Passed goes to an approved location code, Quantity Rejected goes to a quarantine location (Hold) and Sample Quantity is shown as consumed in the QC process.
