Explaintion
This option can be used if, for some reasons a batch for which the workorder has been firm planned, is not to be manufactured. When the “Undo Firm Plan” process is executed, the system will de- allocate all the materials reserved against that workorder.
Menu Path – Manufacturing -> Shop floor Control -> Work Order -> Undo Firm Plan Work Order
Notes for Undo Firm Plan Work Order
1. Undo Firm Plan can be done only for those workorders for which the status is “Firm Plan”
2. While doing undo firm plant, the system will allow changing the item code, quantity and Manufacturing date of the specified workorder
3. The Inventory allocated to the specified workorder will be de-allocated once the undo firm plan is executed for a workorder
4. System will rollback workorder bill data.
5. A workorder for which undo firm plan has been executed can again be firm planned,
if required
