Yes, In Charge back screen, system shows the new fields like Retailer Name and Doctor Name which are defined in Customer master. These can be entered for the commercial details in the header along with the site to be credited and invoice number, tax amount and net amount from the invoice. These fields can be entered for sundry types as strategic customers.
