Why does the item expire date not picking up by system in the reports ?

Cause:
The system has the facility to get the stock details from stock help report, It shows that Item expiry date is not picked up by the system because the expiry date is not available in the stock.
Suggestions:
To rectify the missing expiry date, System has facility to add the expiry date of a selected item and its lot by using the stock amendment transaction.
So the user has to select the item along with site, location code, lot number and lot SL, in the stock amendment screen and mention the expiry date (new) and confirm successfully.
