Suggestion:
Users can use the Contract Release screen to Release Purchase Contract.
Release Contract process window is used to release the open Purchase contract. User can release full or partial quantity.
In the second screen that is the item details screen, when user clicks on feed row, Item details window opens, here user can enter the release quantity and then user can process the release.
