A Sales analysis report shows a company’s actual Sales for a specified period – a quarter, a year, or any time frame that managers feel is significant. In larger corporations, Sales analysis reports may only contain data for a subsidiary, division or region. Managers often use Sales analysis reports to identify market opportunities and areas where they could increase volume. System has the territory wise customer wise Sales summary report in the following path SCM-> SCM Reporting and Analysis-> Sales Analysis.
This report shows Customer code, Customer Name, City, Item, Area, Territory, Sales Qty, Free Qty, Gross Amt Dr/Cr Qty Ret.Free Qty Currency Dr/Cr Amt Net Amt. Summary Territory Total , Area Total and Item Series Total.
Criteria for the report are site code which can be selected more than one, invoice date range, cust code range, item series range, and territory range.
Reports can be filtered on the criteria and users can get the report in html, pdf, text, word excel rft, ods, odt etc, users can export the report or get a printout download.
