How To Configured new Work Shift ?

–A work shift is a set amount of time that an employer schedules and expects an employee to work.

  • Menu Path

            HR > HR Set up > Work shifts

  • Click on Add New

–Day No – Take a day from drop down

Shift Number – Take shift number from dropdown (comes from generalized master)

            –Description – The description should be the shift number ,selected.

            – In Time – Start Time of the shift

            –Out Time -End Time of the shift

            –Full Day Hours – Shift time from In time to Out time

            –Half Day In Time – The start time if shift started from half day

            –Half Day Hours – The attended hours in half day shift

            –Grace Time – In Work shift an amount of extra time that organization is gave to            

                                     employee to avoid late marks.      

            –Lunch Time – lunch time in minutes

            –Status -Active / Inactive

            –Work Type -Flexible / Fixed         

   – Site Code  – Site code as per the site location
