What is order entry confirmation ?

Suggestion:
To confirm an order entry is to complete the order and make ready for future use or next process level that is Despatch or Post order. After Confirm the record can be cancelled if not used in further process. System shows the current state of the order as confirmed Yes or No in the order header screen in view mode. And System also shows a green flag for the confirmed order record in list view. If users have to make any changes in the order then the same order can be selected in the Sales order amendment and changes can be made. A confirmed order can also be used in the Post order process.
