Yes, System has the provision to configure the tax on the basis of which GST and the other taxes get calculated in the transactions. In item master, In tax classification, tax chapter and tax class can be selected and saved. This tax class and chapter gets populated in transactions in the line item. GST and other tax rates get loaded from these configurations, calculating properly as per updated in item master.
