Process Trail is a powerful feature of Proteus Vision ERP which provides the trail of transactions done in the system related to a specific transaction. For example when you check the process trail of a trsnsaction, it instantly gives visibility to all other entries before and after, which are related to that specific transaction.
For example when Process Trail of an Invoice is invoked, it shows Despatches, Sales Orders, Order Amendments done related to this Invoice. Also shows in the same view Collection, Returns, Debit Note, Credit Note, Dishonours related to this specific Invoice.
Each of the entries in Process Trail view allows the user to directly perform against the transaction. However the user must have rights to perform these actions.
