Cause: The system will not allow to save despatch if the Despatch Quantity is more than Ordered Quantity or Allocated quantity is more than the Sales Order Item quantity, following message will be shown ‘Invalid quantity.’
Remedies: User should despatch item quantity less than or equal to order quantity. If multiple items are to be despatched then users should ensure that the despatch qty should not be greater than ordered.
