Cause: 1) System will not allow to confirm Stock Adjustment Voucher if stock deallocation then allocation is done for the specified items but in stock there is no allocation which means old transaction is edited or modified.
2) System will not allow adjustment issue, if QC order is opened for a same item code and lot no.
3) System will not allow adjustment issue for invalid item code, lot not, location code and lot SL. If this combination data not found system should given an error.
Remedies:
1) User should check if no QC order is open for the selected items.
2) Enter the Lot No which item’s Lot No having a stock else click on stock button and select the required data from stock window.
3) Users needs to ensure if proper allocation is done for the specified items and its lot number in the stock before confirmation of the record.
