In Sales return, the system gives the facility for the users to add discounts for items which are to be returned. In the item details screen, after entering the item to be returned, enter the return quantity with lot number and lot sl. Users can enter the field Discount%, It’s the discount percentage, if any discount is applicable on the item being returned / replaced. Users can add a discount percentage in tax details and edit it before confirmation.
