When a column is dragged from the schema and dropped in one of the target section the column is by default visible in visual. Sometime column is required in a calculation and not required to be shown in visualisation, the column property can be change to Visible: False
Click on the column in folder to expand Click on All Properties and Change the value of Visible to False
If the Visible property is not specified it is considered to be visible.
