Suggestions:
System has the provision to print the direct payment voucher. On the home screen, after the user searches the direct payment voucher which he wants to print. Users can select the record and right click (if its table view) or click on the more option button, there we have the option ‘Print’. When the users click on the ‘Print’ option, System shows the print criteria screen showing the current reference id and ref series. Users can select the output format form text, html, pdf, word, excel etc. Users can click on the preview button to get the report preview.
