Suggestions:
System has the provision to close the open Sales orders. The process available in the system is Auto close order.
Menu path is as follows: SCM –> Sales –> Order Execution -> Auto Close Order.
This process of Sales order auto closing requires to enter the Sales order number range which SO is to be closed. It should be present in the Sale order.
The Site Code which is present in Site Master can be selected. Order type, range of item series, range of order date and customer ranges also can be selected as parameters for order closing.
Date flag needs to be mandatory selected as Sales order date or due date.
After clicking on the finish button, the process gets completed and the Sales order selected in the parameters get closed.
We can close the open or partial order. System closes the fully shipped order automatically.
