How can I can change report to / report to admin of a particular site employees ?

What is Report to and Report to admin means?

Report to means employees 1st Level manager (Recommender). And Report to admin means admin level (Approver) these are defined in Employee Master.

Menu Path

Login > HR > HR Setup > Master > Employee > Change Reporting to

Change Reporting To screen

Select reporting type from the dropdown (select what you want to change Report to or Report to Admin)

After selecting reporting type, select old report to/ report to admin and new report to/ report to admin from pop help

Select site code from and site code to from pophelp

After entering all details click on finish.
