Cause :- System will not allow to upload if file conversation is not done properly or tempate is not matching.
Remedy :- Please check if you have properly change the format form XLSX to XLS rather just changing the Extension and format is same as the template mapped for the transaction you are uploading Note:- the column name cannot be edited or re- arrange it should be same as template mapped
