Suggestion: System has an option called Process Trail. Goto indent approval screen. click on the approved indent record, click the process trail button to view the status of the indent and its step by step progress in Purchase process flow. It shows all the details such as indent raised by, indent raised on, item details, confirm, approval etc. in the side panel of the feed view without opening the record.
