Suggestion:
System has the provision for managing your outstanding amounts, the site wise outstanding summary as on current date. Site wise outstanding report helps you identify which of site wise debtors is overdue.
Menu exists in Finance -> receivables-> ageing and outstanding -> Site Wise Outstanding Summary Report.
Report shows Site code, Site Name, Item series, Due Amount, Not Due Amount, Credit note and Advance Total.
Users can select the site code range and Item series range in report criteria. Reports can be filtered on the criteria and users can get the report in html, pdf, text, word excel rft, ods, odt etc, users can export the report or get a printout.
