Cause:
System will not allow to confirm if order line rate is 0. Hence user needs to ensure pricelist is properly specified in the header
and order line rate is not 0.
User should check the nature in despatch details if it is free then 0 is allowed and if it is chargeble rate cannot be 0
To check the price list user should goto SCM menu-> SCM settings->Masters-> Pricing / Credit policy – Price list and update the correct pricelist
