Cause:
Some times, On Purchase receipt, the tax does not get calculated automatically on confirmation of Sales invoice from some other Sales site. In this case there may be a chance that users have edited the tax percentage so the system calculated the tax based on the new tax percentage.
Suggestions:
Users should do the Purchase return of the same Purchase receipt and then again do the Purchase receipt with proper tax percentage.
