In the system, we can Use the Purchase receipt transaction to receive materials and services from Purchase orders. You can search for and receive existing Purchase order (PO) line items and services.
Inventory location is identified for receipt and issue of material. The system refers to these locations for carrying out transactions of receipts, quality inspection and issue of goods.
At the “Inventory location” the goods receiving flow is determined by a goods receiving method predefined in the item master or special instructions on the Purchase order.
As per the Purchase process, first to accept material in APRV location and then transfer material to DMGD location through stock transfer, because,
In order to take material in DMGD location QC should be yes, if QC is not applicable then, please take material in APRV location and then transfer it to DMGD location.
Or, If the case is of return back of material to supplier take material inward in APRV location and book Purchase return.
