Suggestions:
System needs to stop confirmation of backdated Purchase Advances to control the false creditors provision. When a user makes an entry for a Purchase voucher with advance adjustment and confirmation after a few days. Then the system will check and stop if transaction date advance entry is less than the confirmation date. System will allow you to confirm the transactions only where the transaction date is equal to confirmation date.
But please note, 1) The validation stops backdated transactions only.
2) For the supply of goods advance received is not subject to GST. The entire amount will be taxed on the issue of the bill.
