Before Consumption of Items that are expired are to be Transfer to the Expiry Location by running Process ‘Segregated Near Expiry’.where system checks the Mfg Date and Shelf Life/Min Shelf life of the item to calculate the Expired Product and those are Transfer to the Expired Location.

To dispose of Expiry Items, there should be Expired Items present at the ‘EXPR’ Location.
Expense Code for Dispose Expiry is to be defined as ‘Stock Incineration’.
We can map Item Series with Reson Code in Item Account Determination with the Created Expense Code.
1)Consumption Order :
In the Consumption Order Header, Available Flag is selected as ‘NO’.
2)Consumption Issue :
In the Consumption Issue Header, Required Item Series and Reason Code are to be Select.
In Consumption Details, Location Code -‘EXPR’ i.e Expiry is to select. On Selection of Expiry Location system allowed adding an Item with an Expiry Date for Consumption. (please find the below transaction for reference)
