Tagging in Proteus Vision ERP refers to the process of assigning labels or keywords to individual entries to help organize and easily find them later. These tags can be customized to fit your specific needs and can be used alongside or instead of traditional folders. They provide a way to group related entries together based on a specific topic, project, status of entry or any other criteria you choose.
The label in the tag can be changed by each user to match it to his need.
This is available system wide in each entries across the module and type of entries. In Quick Access dashboard there is an option to view all Tagged entries together in a unified view.
The Tagged entries can also be used for doing filtering in smart filter.
