Yes, System has the option to make the Purchase order type as active ‘Yes/No’. Active/Inactive flag in order type can be done so that we can inactive unnecessary records. Once the flag is inactive the Purchase order type does not show the list of values pophelp in the Purchase order screen.
Purchase order tran type screen can be navigated SCM Setting -> Purchase order type master, Users can define the order type as required.
