While making adjustment issue transaction, why system is not showing actual available quantity?

Cause: System has allocated the stock of the item and lot number against an adjustment issue which is not yet confirmed. Hence correct available stock is not getting reflected in lot wise stock status.
Remedies: Users need to confirm the Adjustment issue created for the item and its lot number . After confirmation you will get the actual available stock quantity in lot wise stock status .After that you can do the fresh Adjustment issue.
