Suggestions:
As per the system’s functionality , system will post despatch and invoice as per current date(system date). When Dispatch is created the transaction date gets auto generated. Once despatch is confirmed, the confirmed date will display only the date on which the transaction is confirmed. On posting the date of invoice will be set the current date(system date). Auto Confirm if selected , then all the invoices will be confirmed automatically and the confirm date of invoice will be set as the current date(system date).
