Suggestion:
System shows workflow status of transaction as Open or Submit. Submit is to send or commit the order entry for discretion or verification to the next person in authority level. After Submit the record can be approved or rejected.
Whereas, System shows the current state of the order as confirmed Yes or No. To confirm an order entry is to complete the order and make ready for future use or next process level. After Confirm the record can be cancelled if not used in further process.
