Suggestion:
There is an option for emailing to customer/supplier/agent in Vision.
1.Wherein one can make and save the default template format which has the details of invoice no, invoice amount ,invoice date. Etc.
2. Also there is an option of attachments where invoice copy will be attached in PDF formats.
