Cause :
The System shows the error message as ‘VTNIBCA’, ‘IBCA Control Not Define’, ‘IBCA Control between specified sites are not defined’ on confirming despatch for a newly created customer. Its observed that sometimes if the new customer is not mapped with Site(Receipt) in Site Customer master, Then the system will not allow to confirm the despatch.
Remedies:
When a new customer is created, then the customer should be mapped in site customer master. If the customer is mapped then it is the site to which access of the customer to be granted . Users should ensure that Site(Receipt) is selected for which the despatch is done. Then the system will allow us to confirm the despatch.
