Suggestions:
Purchase order once closed cannot be reopened. There is no provision in the system for reopening a closed order. Purchase order is closed only when full quantity received or close forcefully from PO Close option. Users can view the closed order or can copy the transaction. Users can copy the Purchase order transaction if the same data of the record is required.
