Goods sold being returned happens commonly in business. They could be returned by the customer due to quality issues, non-delivery on the agreed date, or any other reason.
Yes we can enter the Lorry date in the header screen of Sales return. We can enter Lr Number, (Lr Date )Lorry Date and Lorry number in which goods are received. These entries should be done before adding the line items.
If the user clicks the next button on the header screen to add the item details then the system will also show a message as ‘LR Date is blank,Please enter the LR Date before adding any items in this Sales Return’. System will allow users to edit the record, however the users will have to add the detail items again.
