Sugestions:
System has value based replacement to be given then system will store the value and not item details. User will give a Credit note to the stockist/customer instead of the product. Whether Credit Note to be raised at stockist/customer will be confirmed by an authorized person. This facility is currently in Scheme approval form.
Scheme approval Menu exists in SCM–>SCM Setting –>Masters–> Promotion
