Yes, System has a provision to upload any transaction data, even the Purchase order close transaction. Users can export to excel the records/ download the format template.
The System shows the columns names in the excel template as they exist in the Purchase order close screens.
When users select the template in upload utility. System allows to map the excel columns and the Purchase order close fields.
If the column does not exist in the excel then the system shows column name and target column ‘None’ while mapping.
Map the columns of header and details and save the template by naming it.
After save user can upload the same named template by clicking on process button.
